




Job Summary: The Field CPL Specialist is responsible for ensuring service safety, efficiency, and reliability to customers, identifying improvements, and managing risks. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement programs The Field CPL (Completion) Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers. They identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, implement standard procedures, and manage risks during service execution. Responsibilities: * Ensure work deliverables are accurate and completed on time. * Responsible for executing service delivery. * Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement programs. * Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. * Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations by implementing CAT (Contingency Assessment), self-assessments, and well inspections. * Participate in service quality meetings with customers and improve performance through action plans. * Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Quality initiatives. * Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adhere to HSE policies. * Maintain mandatory safety training up to date. Minimum Requirements: * Completed technical degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or similar) * Active professional registration (CFT) * Experience as a Completion Technician, Intelligent Completion Technician, or Casing Installer * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate/Advanced English * Willingness to travel and work internationally Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
