**ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, painting and masonry; Conduct preventive inspections of hotel facilities (rooms, common and administrative areas); Supervise outsourced maintenance services; Replace parts and perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs; Replace lamps, ballasts, outlets and similar items; Inspect areas and ensure proper operation of systems (water, refrigeration, etc.); Maintain organization and cleanliness of technical areas; Comply with service orders and internal procedures; Support personalized service initiatives and service culture; Follow environmental and safety guidelines; Perform related tasks as needed. **REQUIREMENTS** Previous experience in building or general maintenance; Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing and painting; Qualification courses in Plumbing, Mechanics or Electrical will be an advantage; Organized, proactive, and good interpersonal skills. **SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch break **COMPENSATION** Salary R$ 2,000.00 with signed employment contract + benefits **BENEFITS** ; Health insurance with co-payment; Food allowance (R$ 200.00); Transportation voucher; Dental plan; Basic food basket for attendance (employees who do not miss work or submit medical certificates during the month are entitled to the food basket). **COMPANY INFORMATION** Our company is a large network, globally recognized, we work with a team of 16 people, we offer growth opportunities not only within our hotel but also throughout the network.
