PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classification stages. 1.2. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with any updates/amendments, and its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions as follows: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation voucher (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Food and/or meal allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED GRADUATION.
