Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in performing support services in the company's Administrative areas; * Attend to employees, suppliers, and/or customers to clarify inquiries; * Assist in drafting and preparing documents, and completing forms; * Support the handling of various documents, fulfilling all necessary procedures related to them; * Assist in updating registration data / internal department controls; * Organize, verify, file, and locate documents in archives; receive, verify, register, distribute, and forward documents; * Assist in entering data into computerized systems. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Reside in Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ; * Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 2512030202191771751
