WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Description

Monitor and carry out activities related to receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of materials to customers, aiming to ensure appropriate stock levels and work quality in accordance with the company's standards and procedures. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor and carry out material handling, selecting the appropriate transportation method for each type of cargo; * Plan the arrangement of stored materials to facilitate identification, location, and handling; * Conduct and support inventory activities together with the team; * Establish staffing schedules aligned with required operational movements; * Monitor employee shifts and attendance; * Ensure that tasks outlined in the Work Guidance Document are being performed; * Ensure that occupational health and safety regulations are being followed by the team; * Conduct and/or support daily safety briefings with the team; * Maintain contact with logistics providers and suppliers regarding material deliveries and returns; * Gather input from internal customers regarding material priorities to guide dispatch scheduling and team planning within the units under supervision; * Interact with customers to address their requests and ensure delivery deadlines are met; * Guide/train team members in performing their duties. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations; * Experience in people management. **Additional information** We offer a competitive benefits package, which **may vary** depending on the operation/contract: * Medical assistance; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Meal allowance (meal voucher and/or food voucher); * Transportation allowance (transportation voucher or chartered service); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Professional development and well-being programs; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PRP), contingent upon achievement of established goals. **Important:** * Benefits granted in accordance with the employment contract and/or collective agreement; * Benefits **may not be** cumulative; * Specific conditions will be communicated during the selection process and upon hiring.
