Job Summary: The Technical Assistant III supports contract supervision and management, monitors construction sites, visits work fronts, and prepares reports and drawings. Key Highlights: 1. More than vehicles travel on our roads — here, we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **TECHNICAL ASSISTANT III**, you will be responsible for: * Providing frequent on-site supervision support and contract management, acting as an interface between Arteris management and construction works, relaying guidance and instructions; * Identifying and formally documenting deviations, non-conformities, and errors in execution or design; * Monitoring construction and service performance, with supplementary notes in RDO when necessary; * Reporting special or highly complex cases through the most appropriate communication channels; * Conducting periodic visits to construction sites and work fronts to assist in resolving construction-related problems, providing instructions and guidance regarding OAE, EPS, earthworks, and OAC; * Providing on-site technical and operational support for urgent matters related to OAE, EPS, earthworks, and OAC; * Promoting Arteris values during field activities, especially those related to safety, including occasional DDS sessions and frequent safety inspections; * Supporting supplier evaluations and quality control of scope execution; * Assisting in defining technical solutions for construction and service issues; * Assisting in developing annual, monthly, and weekly plans; * Assisting in and maintaining updated production controls; * Assisting in developing work procedures; * Preparing low-complexity operational technical reports, PowerPoint presentations or other applications, and schedule development; * Creating low-complexity drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important that you have:** * Completed High School; * Technical degree in Construction or Roads; * Knowledge of highway construction, construction supervision, and infrastructure services; * Driver’s license category B; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Residence in Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ or mobility. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Medical Assistance; Dental Plan; Telemedicine; “Cuidando de Perto” Program; Emotional Health Program; Well-Being Platform; Arteris Baby Program; Diversity & Inclusion Program: Official document name rectification for transgender and non-binary individuals; Meal or Food Allowance; Pharmacy Allowance; Transportation Allowance; ArterisPrev (Supplementary Pension); Payroll-Deductible Loan; Childcare Assistance (for women with children up to 6 years old, or men with full judicial custody); Life Insurance; Birthday Day Off; 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; UAD — Arteris University of Development.
