




Job Summary: Bakery professional responsible for producing doughs, fillings, and quality control, with emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning. Key Highlights: 1. Company open to hearing feedback and suggestions from employees. **ACTIVITIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES** Produce doughs for snacks (e.g., rolled snacks, knee-shaped pastries, savory pies, and other products). Produce fillings (e.g., chicken, cheese, ham, calabresa sausage, among others). Shape, cut, and portion doughs according to bakery standards. Operate and monitor ovens and other department equipment. Ensure correct fermentation timing for products. Maintain product quality and consistency. Clean and organize tools, equipment, and the workplace. Monitor sector input inventory and report replenishment needs. Assist in developing new products and testing recipes. Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations. Work collaboratively with other departments (pastry, customer service, and production). **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education. Knowledge and experience in bakery operations—specifically in production—is a plus. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS** A flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated individual eager to work and learn. **WORK HOURS, DAYS OF THE WEEK, AND BREAKS** Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch); Sunday off. **COMPENSATION** SALARY: R$2\.179,26 **BENEFITS** Breakfast/afternoon snack at the company.
