




Job Summary: A bakery professional focused on the production and shaping of doughs and fillings, ensuring quality and collaborating as part of a team. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative and learning-oriented work environment **ACTIVITIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES** * Produce doughs for snacks (e.g., rolled sandwiches, knee-shaped pastries, savory pies) and other products; produce fillings such as chicken, cheese, ham, calabresa sausage, among others. * Shape, cut, and portion doughs according to bakery standards. * Operate and monitor ovens and other departmental equipment; ensure correct fermentation timing for products. * Maintain product quality and standards. * Clean and organize tools, equipment, and the work environment. * Monitor inventory levels of departmental supplies and report replenishment needs. * Assist in developing new products and testing recipes. * Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations. * Work collaboratively within the team and coordinate with other departments (pastry, customer service, and production). **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education * Knowledge and experience in bakery operations—specifically in production—is an advantage. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS** * A flexible individual who enjoys and is willing to work and learn. **WORK HOURS, DAYS OF THE WEEK, AND BREAKS** * Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch) * Sunday: No work **COMPENSATION** * SALARY: R$2\.179,26 **BENEFITS** * Breakfast/afternoon snack at the company * Atendcard benefit plan * 10% discount on purchases at the bakery * Discounts at SESI clubs. **ABOUT THE COMPANY** Our team is united and supportive; colleagues often become friends.
