Job Summary: As an Engineer II - Asset Management, you will strategically contribute to the development and monitoring of maintenance and construction plans, managing teams and data to support decision-making. More than vehicles travel our highways — here, we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As an **ENGINEER II \- ASSET MANAGEMENT**, you will be responsible for: Strategically developing annual and monthly maintenance and construction plans; Monitoring asset performance to ensure information reliability, traceability, and quality; Overseeing contracted service execution and alignment with the department’s technical and budgetary strategies, ensuring contractual compliance and operational efficiency; Consolidating, processing, and analyzing technical and operational databases, transforming data into managerial reports and strategic analyses to support decision-making; Developing, structuring, and monitoring KPIs and technical indicators using dashboards and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), promoting data-driven management; Providing technical support during engineering works and services procurement processes, including scope definition, proposal evaluation, and establishment of technical criteria; Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for OAEs (Special Artworks), earthworks, EPS (Special Engineering Projects), and OACs (Civil Engineering Works); Resolving operational technical issues through root cause identification, impact analysis, and selection of the most appropriate solution; Leading a technical inspection team to provide operational technical support and develop technical and behavioral competencies; Managing contracts through meetings with suppliers, internal and external clients, and team members, with emphasis on ensuring safety, quality, scope, cost, and schedule compliance.
