Mandatory Technical Knowledge: NR 10: Electrical Safety NR 20: Flammable Liquids NR 33: Confined Spaces NR 35: Work at Heights Food Safety (HACCP) Good Manufacturing Practices Desirable Technical Knowledge: Halal product knowledge Quality awareness based on 5S NR 25: Industrial Waste * Supervise the work team by assigning tasks, monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities and maintenance shutdowns, maintaining activity records according to established goals and deadlines, updating the maintenance schedule whenever necessary, and allocating expenses and controls. * Assign, guide, and supervise building maintenance services, including masonry repairs and small-scale construction works, based on projects, sketches or drawings: requesting necessary resources, monitoring work execution, evaluating and releasing for use. * Assign, guide, and supervise boiler operation services to supply steam and thermal energy required for the production process. * Assist in identifying needs for projects and solutions aimed at improving the performance of critical equipment, thereby increasing its reliability through failure analysis. Monitor replacement of assets at end-of-life or with chronic failures, according to schedule, to prevent production disruptions. * Assist in defining technical specifications for materials, equipment and services, as well as analytical budgets related to civil construction, maintenance, installations, renovations and facility expansions. * Supervise third-party technical maintenance services, providing them with safety and quality rules and necessary information, guiding them regarding equipment-specific characteristics, verifying compliance with agreed-upon services, ensuring contracted services are delivered, and overseeing service execution by contracted companies. * Submit purchase requests for materials required for maintenance services according to the established schedule or immediate needs, supervise execution of contracted services, and liaise with suppliers and service providers for work quotations, forwarding them to the Coordinator for analysis. * Guide, supervise and ensure organization and maintenance of project files, technical documentation and company blueprints. * Support coordination in cross-departmental meetings for analysis of results, action plans, resource requirements and support, technical assistance, new projects, budget preparation, etc., aiming to achieve optimal results within the scope of responsibility, while managing area resources and administering the work team. * Assist in developing the maintenance schedule for machines and equipment (shutdowns) to maximize service effectiveness with minimal disruption to the production process, evaluating prior equipment performance and adhering to maintenance manual recommendations. * Support coordination in projects for acquisition and installation of new equipment and systems, contributing to defining their specifications, preparing or interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, researching applications and compatibility with existing installed infrastructure, and preparing for future maintenance and team guidance. * Support development and preparation of management reports to ensure availability of financial information and progress/status updates on work and achieved results, thereby enabling appropriate decision-making support and analysis. * Update performance indicators (KPIs) under responsibility to provide necessary data to coordination for monitoring. * Contribute to team retention, motivation and development by identifying training and development needs, suggesting promotions, transfers, replacements, etc., and implementing performance management and feedback processes aligned with Human Resources strategic policies. 2512280202491886749
