Preparation and analysis of technical reports Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities to identify needs for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Diagnose technical failures and coordinate repairs to ensure rapid and effective problem resolution. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations, and internal policies. * Prepare, analyze, and monitor technical reports, maintenance indicators, and operational records. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost reduction. * Maintain contact with suppliers and service providers, monitoring contracts, deadlines, and delivery quality. * Participate in planning meetings, contributing technical and operational information. * Monitor execution of maintenance projects, improvements, and scheduled shutdowns. * Ensure maintenance records, work orders, and technical histories are up-to-date, organized, and traceable. * Anticipate operational issues and propose solutions or adjustments to planning to ensure uninterrupted service. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education and a technical course in refrigeration, mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields; * Experience in refrigeration, electrical, and civil areas. * Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently pursuing one in refrigeration, mechanics, electromechanics, management, or related fields.
