Job Summary:
This role involves managing physical and electronic documentation, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with internal norms and regulations, proactively meeting contractual requirements.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**
**EXPERIENCE**
* 3 (three) years of proven experience in this role;
* Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS);
* Experience structuring and organizing physical and electronic files;
* Experience with SIGEM;
* Proficiency in MS\-Office suite;
* Proficiency in Acrobat Professional.
**EDUCATION**
* **Education Level: Technical degree in Administration, Library Science, or Secretarial Studies.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Archiving documentation (per standards, internal systems, and TCU guidelines) regularly on physical and digital media;
* Providing technical support and performing verification, formatting, classification, registration, digitization, printing, and archiving of documents;
* Analyzing technical documentation with focus on standards N\-1710, N\-381, and N\-2064, identifying and following up on remediation of identified inconsistencies;
* Registering documents and revisions in the CLIENT's dedicated EDMS (Electronic Document Management System);
* Conducting periodic verification and analysis against the EPCI contractor’s document list for the signed contract governing project execution and/or its subcontractors, as well as corporate electronic document management systems, and preparing reports highlighting key points of concern regarding deviations;
* Participating in meetings with the EPCI contractor;
* Controlling all received documentation and preparing specific reports;
* Acting proactively to ensure all contractual annex requirements are met.
