Employee development and training Coordinate the cutting and sewing team, ensuring productivity and quality. Plan and assign tasks according to the production schedule. Monitor cutting, sewing, and finishing processes. Implement workflow improvements and optimize resources. Train and guide employees to promote technical development. Ensure compliance with deadlines and company quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience in coordinating cutting and sewing teams. Knowledge of fabrics, pattern making, and industrial textile processes. Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Desirable: Technical or higher education degree in Fashion, Textile Design, or related fields. **Preferred Education and Experience:** Experience in production indicator management. Experience in medium- or large-scale manufacturing environments. Knowledge of pattern-making and planning software.
