Job Summary:
Support professional responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing cultural and humanization activities in a hospital setting, providing general and administrative support.
Key Highlights:
1. Help plan and implement humanization initiatives and cultural activities
2. Organize materials and support event setup and teardown
3. Provide support to patients, instructors, and teams across various activities
**Requirements:**
Completed High School;
Preferred: Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor's degree in (Pedagogy, Languages, Music Therapy, Administration, or related fields)
Military Service Certificate required
Experience: None
Musical instrument proficiency
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Assist in planning and implementing humanization initiatives and cultural activities at the hospital and support house.
* Organize and prepare necessary materials for these activities.
* Record and manage information, such as attendance lists, photos, materials used, and received donations.
* Support the organization of spaces and proper use of project materials.
* Assist patients, instructors, and teams during workshops, presentations, and other activities.
* Support event setup, teardown, and execution of cultural and humanization activities.
* Obtain quotations, identify partners, and help meet project deadlines.
* Contribute to accountability reporting and form completion.
* Attend department meetings and assist as needed within the scope of the role.
