**Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A.).
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze reports from the management system and propose actions to improve or resolve process-related issues;
* Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) related to customer service, billing, and revenue collection, supporting problem resolution with customer service teams or customers, in accordance with company-defined practices;
* Analyze customer volume and billing data to ensure accurate invoicing and clarify customer inquiries;
* Manage field operations (meter readers and inspectors), providing support for daily queries, issues, or requests, ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with Service Orders (SO);
* Approve Service Orders (SO) and reading schedules, comparing reading data against revenue, volume, and connections to guarantee data accuracy and requesting revisions as needed;
* Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, pursuing continuous improvement.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:**
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Prior experience in data analysis.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of Power BI.
