Meeting support and data management A health insurance brokerage in São Paulo (Vila Sonia) is seeking an Administrative Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service and relationship management via email, phone, and online meetings. Organize and prioritize customers’ administrative tasks. Monitor deadlines and track requests in internal systems. Support customer meetings, including information recording and action follow-up. Update and manage data in internal systems and control spreadsheets. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
