Negotiation with carriers and freight audit We seek professionals aligned with our values who can add value to our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and allocate drivers, manage vehicle maintenance, and supervise teams and working hours; * Manage fleet and team operations; * Define optimal transportation routes and modes to reduce time and costs related to logistics and route planning; * Monitor cargo tracking (pickups and deliveries) to ensure cargo integrity and adherence to deadlines, being responsible for monitoring and quality assurance; * Negotiate with carriers, audit freight charges, and manage fiscal documents, performing cost control and documentation**;** * Develop indicators (KPIs) to identify operational improvements; **Requirements and Qualifications** Main Requirements Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management. Courses and Certifications (Desirable): Logistics Cost Management. Defensive Driving or Risk Management; Certifications in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma or PDCA); Advanced Excel; Required Experience: **Fusion** system (route planning and monitoring); ERP system **TOTVS;** Risk management software and Omnilink system; Fleet management (owned or third-party), route planning, and indicator (KPI) control; Financial analysis (cost per km, maintenance, depreciation, and fuel).
