Management of fleet accident and claim indicators Your mission will be to work in the Fleet area. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine will include:** * Assessing driver performance and behaviors to foster employee development through instruction on traffic best driving practices; * Conducting technical evaluations of candidates for driver, technician, sales representative, and Driver Succession Program positions via practical and theoretical tests; * Delivering defensive and economical driving training to all company vehicle users through the integrated Andina BR Fleet Safety Program; * Executing fleet accident and claim indicators through maintenance control and planning, as well as incident tracking; * Promoting preventive actions to reduce traffic accidents, based on incident reports and follow-up activities generated by the committee. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** Completed high school education; Traffic Instructor or Fleet Instructor course (with valid certification); Practical experience as a driver and/or driver instructor; Possession of Class A/E driver’s license (valid and permanent); Intermediate Excel skills; Flexibility regarding working hours. **Additional Information** At **Coca\-Cola Andina Brasil**, nothing is more important than our employees; therefore, we offer a benefits package designed to support a healthier and more fulfilling life.
