Maintenance Intern

You will join our team at the Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ plant. **Responsibilities:** * Support invoice verification and registration for service invoices: assisting in verifying information such as date, supplier, and purchase order, and submitting them to the tax department according to internal standards. * Assist in creating purchase requests in SAP: supporting data entry according to predefined templates and tracking the process until purchase order completion. * Monitor purchase order issuance in SAP and material movements: supporting supplier flow control and assisting in generating documents for material dispatches for repair. * Support departmental expense control and reporting: assisting in document verification, information consolidation, and reporting any deviations to the responsible area manager. * Contribute to updating KPIs and management dashboards: supporting data collection, visual organization, and maintaining information displayed on departmental dashboards. * Support maintenance activity planning: collaborating on demand organization, deadline tracking, and schedule updates with the team. * Assist in general administrative tasks: such as document scanning, archiving, signature collection, binding, and organizing departmental routine documentation. * Contribute to organizing and managing DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue): supporting form editing, tracking participant attendance, and communicating records to the team. * Comply with company-established Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures. Dispose of generated waste appropriately. Act proactively to prevent accidents. **Requirements:** * Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Production Engineering. * Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). **About Corbion** Corbion is a sustainable ingredients company dedicated to preserving what matters—including food and its production, health, and the planet.
