Collaboration in food inventory control Restaurant seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Muriaé (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation according to recipes and standards established by the chef or responsible cook. Perform pre-preparation and sanitation of foods, such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits, vegetables, and greens. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including sanitation of utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Assist in plating and finalizing dishes before serving to customers. Collaborate with the kitchen team on food inventory control and ingredient restocking as needed.
