




Job Summary: A professional responsible for serving customers, identifying their equipment rental needs, prospecting new clients, and managing the entire customer service cycle. Our purpose is to simplify our customers’ daily operations, exceeding their expectations through high-quality service and efficient solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve customers in person, by phone, or via digital channels, adhering to company standards, identifying their needs, and offering optimal rental solutions with a focus on retention. * Verify equipment availability across multiple channels and negotiate rental terms, suggesting alternatives that meet customer requirements. * Prospect and approach customers both internally and externally, preparing and tracking quotations until rental closure. * Register customers, with validation by the store supervisor. * Record all process stages in the system: registration, rental, payment receipt, and issuance of billing documents. * Conduct credit analysis, evaluating the customer’s financial situation for each new rental. * Deliver equipment, instructing the customer on operation, performance, maintenance, and safety, and performing tests when necessary. * Proactively monitor the rental period through contact or visits, ensuring proper equipment functionality and customer satisfaction. * Maintain courteous relationships with customers, escalating issues to supervisors when required. * Record unrealized opportunities (“no-sale”), per internal procedure. * Manage equipment return processes, inspecting condition, documenting possible damages, and arranging estimates and billing as applicable. * Perform other duties related to this position. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. * Basic computer skills. * Experience in commercial roles, preferably within retail companies. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Basic understanding of Brazilian regulatory norms NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-18, and NR\-35\. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Driver’s license (Category A or B). * Familiarity with construction machinery and equipment. * Knowledge of the operational region (local routes and logistics).
