Job Summary: Work on-site to conduct daily supervision of construction and renovation projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design plans, schedules, and quality standards, and identifying deviations. Verify physical progress, deadlines, and quality of executed services JOB OPENING: CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN – FIELD / CONSTRUCTION SITES JOB OBJECTIVE Directly supervise construction and renovation projects on-site on a daily basis, ensuring planned activities are executed according to design plans, schedules, and quality standards. Identify deviations, delays, and execution issues, reporting them clearly, concisely, and realistically. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise day-to-day construction and renovation activities on-site; Verify actual physical progress, deadlines, and quality of executed services; Identify delays, rework, and execution flaws; Guide, monitor, and align operational teams (masons, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and suppliers); Support material and workforce planning; Compare executed work against design plans and schedules; Record measurements, incidents, and construction progress; Produce simple and concise reports (status updates, text, and photos); Support engineers and coordination staff in organizing activities; Work on-site with a practical, firm, and solution-oriented attitude. REQUIREMENTS Technical education in Construction (completed or in progress); Practical experience in construction or renovation projects (mandatory); Basic ability to read design plans and schedules; Strong communication skills with operational teams; Organized, pragmatic profile with a strong sense of responsibility; Ability to resolve problems directly on-site; Preferably reside in Cabo Frio or the Lagos Region. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Previous experience as a site foreman, supervisor, or field coordinator; Basic knowledge of construction measurements and reporting; Fundamental organizational skills for recordkeeping (Excel, photos, and WhatsApp-based follow-up). PROFILE WE DO NOT SEEK Overly theoretical professionals or those focused solely on office-based work; Individuals lacking real-world construction site experience; Candidates with poor communication, monitoring, or on-site assertiveness skills.
