Job Summary: A general support professional for construction and renovation projects, assisting in various civil construction activities, material preparation and handling, and site organization. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional support in masonry, painting, electrical, and plumbing work. 2. Preparation of mortars, plasters, and concrete according to instructions. 3. Ongoing organization and cleaning of the construction site. Main Responsibilities: **General Support for Service Execution** * Assist skilled and semi-skilled workers in masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and general services. * Prepare surfaces for service execution (cleaning, debris removal, moistening areas). * Assist in opening trenches, cuts, excavations, and simple leveling. * Support manual small-scale demolitions and removal of simple structures. **Material and Supply Preparation** * Prepare mortars, plasters, concrete, and mixtures according to instructions. * Measure materials (cement, sand, gravel, water) as instructed. * Continuously supply workers with necessary materials for task execution. **Material Handling** * Perform loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment. * Transport materials manually or with assistance from carts, wheelbarrows, and other equipment. * Distribute materials at designated work locations as directed by the team. **Site Cleaning and Organization** * Conduct ongoing cleaning of the construction site. * Collect, sort, and dispose of construction debris in appropriate locations. * Keep circulation areas clear and organized. * Organize tools, equipment, and materials after use.
