Responsibilities and Duties Perform document verification and data entry via system; Serve internal and external customers, ensuring efficient and effective responses, as well as adherence to deadlines; Identify irregularities occurring with cargo shipments, enabling quality control of information and related processes; Generate and report managerial reports to management; Perform customer billing closing and verification; Perform other related and inherent professional activities. Requirements and Qualifications Completed High School education; Experience in the role is desirable; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; Ability to work in teams and adapt to dynamic routines and environments. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of operations-related systems and processes; Experience in the company’s industry sector.
