




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for executing and finishing rug production, material management, quality control, workplace organization, and safety at Kapazi. In the Production Department, we work with agility, responsibility, and a focus on excellence to deliver solutions that make a difference for our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Production Execution and Finishing** Manually cut rugs Prepare, organize, and sort rugs for each stage of the production process Pack, select, and place rugs in ventilation areas for drying Initiate, operate, and monitor the production process Assist in rug drying processes ### **Material Management and Handling** Load, unload, and transport rugs and materials Supply and replenish the production line with required materials Monitor and track the flow of rugs and materials throughout the production process Store and organize rugs and materials at workstations and designated areas Monitor and report on material shortages or requirements ### **Quality Control, Organization, and Cleaning** Visually inspect rugs and materials to identify potential defects Tag, record, and segregate non-conforming rugs, waste, and materials Clean and organize the workplace, equipment, and department ### **Quality, Organization, and Safety** Comply with occupational safety standards and procedures, identify hazards, and use PPE Identify and report unsafe conditions in the workplace Report failures, anomalies, or irregularities to supervisors Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Dispose of and store waste correctly and safely Participate in operational and safety training **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** ----------------------------- * Completed Elementary Education; **Additional Information** **Essential Benefits** ------------------------- * **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance:** Flexible option for your commute, with a deduction capped at only 6% as per law. * **Meal Allowance:** R$521.00\.
