**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist course coordinators in developing, organizing, and implementing the ENADE action plan;
* Prepare and monitor daily reports and databases, consolidating performance and tracking information;
* Support validation and correction of inconsistencies in INEP and institutional reports;
* Read official ordinances, public notices, and communications, keeping the area’s portal updated;
* Produce comparative summaries and analytical reports on evaluation results and academic rankings;
* Provide logistical and operational support in organizing meetings, training sessions, and events related to ENADE and the Higher Education Census;
* Monitor institutional indicators, rankings, and academic results, generating insights for continuous improvement;
* Open service tickets and track requests with partner departments;
* Support preparation and submission of Higher Education Census reports;
* Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with official schedules defined by INEP and the institution;
* Collaborate in disseminating information to students and faculty using internal communication tools (e-mail, academic platforms, etc.).
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:**
* Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Exact Sciences, Administration, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of ENADE processes and higher education regulation;
* Ability to analyze and interpret data and institutional indicator reports;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ease in drafting technical and communicative texts;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
**What Would Be a Plus:**
* Academic knowledge of ENADE, the Higher Education Census, or institutional rankings;
* Experience with automation and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate);
* Experience in university environments or academic management areas.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on multiple factors. If a specific value has already been defined for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process.
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM
