




Job Summary: Act as the primary contact point between the company and the customer, coordinating crane rental and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with procedures. Focus on customer satisfaction and professional communication **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Serve as the main contact point between the company and the customer throughout the entire crane rental lifecycle, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with the company’s technical and operational procedures, and that customer needs are met efficiently, clearly, and safely. **MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Serve as the customer’s direct reference for matters related to crane rental, installation, maintenance, and operation. \- Guide the customer on required procedures to complete the rental process, including technical, documentation, and logistical requirements. \- Internally coordinate customer requests by routing issues to responsible departments (technical, logistics, engineering, safety, administration, finance, etc.). \- Monitor schedules for equipment delivery, assembly, maintenance, and removal, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. \- Keep the customer informed about service progress, timelines, and any operational adjustments. \- Respond to technical or operational incident reports related to rented equipment and escalate them to the responsible party. \- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring clear and professional communication. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering (completed or in final semesters). \- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, negotiation capability, and systemic vision. \- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal departments. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** \- Prior experience in the civil construction sector. \- Knowledge of lifting equipment (cranes, hoists, platforms) and assembly/maintenance processes. \- Previous experience in technical or operational customer support within equipment rental or civil construction sectors. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** \- Proactivity and sense of responsibility. \- Results-oriented mindset and focus on customer satisfaction. \- Practical and decisive problem-solving ability. \- Strong interpersonal communication and clarity in information delivery. \- Organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
