Senior Process Analyst – RP 19497 \| Sistema Fiep (Fiep, Sesi, Senai and IEL) What are the challenges and responsibilities? Lead strategic process and continuous improvement projects, actively guiding initiatives alongside business areas; Map, model, analyze, and review processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions oriented toward operational efficiency; Analyze risks, define process controls and performance indicators, monitoring results and action plans; Facilitate agendas, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders, ensuring organization, alignment, and project progress; Support system implementation, as well as creation and updating of process documentation; Act as a multiplier agent, disseminating process and continuous improvement culture. **Requirements:** Mandatory Requirements \* **Interested? Preferred fields: Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, or Engineering; Experience in administrative area process improvement and continuous improvement projects; Postgraduate degree in process management, project management, or related fields is desirable; Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodology and BPMN; Proficiency in process mapping tools (Bizagi, Visio, Miro or similar); Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint is desirable; Lean Six Sigma certifications (Yellow, Green or Black Belt) and consulting experience are advantageous; Internal candidates must comply with eligibility criteria PL 0031 (4\.2\.3\). **Learn more about some details of this opportunity:** **Work Location:** Headquarters \- Av.
