Job Summary:
Manage strategic procurement processes, complex negotiations, and supplier development, partnering to reduce costs and monitor market trends.

Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement processes, including purchase order issuance and contract administration;
* Conduct strategic sourcing for critical categories, with spend and market analysis;
* Lead complex contract negotiations, SLAs, and commercial terms;
* Develop, evaluate, and monitor supplier performance;
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, with contingency plans;
* Collaborate with technical teams on cost reduction projects (VAVE);
* Monitor market, commodities, and foreign exchange rates for cost analysis and price adjustments;
* Track purchasing department goals and performance indicators;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields). Postgraduate studies in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management are a plus.
* Experience in direct procurement (raw materials/components) or critical indirect procurement.
* Power BI and/or Advanced Excel (data and scenario analysis).
* Knowledge and practical use of AI tools
* Proficiency in ERP systems and platforms such as Electronic Marketplace, Arriba, Nimbi, SAP, TOTVS).
* Intermediate/advanced English desirable (essential for international negotiations or global market research)
