Job Summary: A Laser Machine Programmer is responsible for programming, optimizing, and calibrating laser cutting machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring part quality. Quality assurance and compliance of produced parts We are seeking a Laser Machine Programmer to join a reputable machining company in Curitiba/PR. * Program the laser cutting machine according to technical drawings and project specifications. * Define, parameterize, and optimize process variables such as laser power, cutting speed, material type, and thickness. * Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and production orders to determine the optimal cutting strategy. * Perform machine setup, fine-tuning, and calibration prior to production start. * Develop and adjust programs to maximize material utilization, reduce cutting time, and minimize waste. * Support machine operation by troubleshooting technical failures, programming errors, or process deviations. * Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs. * Monitor and validate the quality of produced parts, ensuring dimensional conformity and required technical standards. **Requirements:** * Experience in laser machine programming. * Solid technical knowledge of programming, adjustment, and operation of flat and tube laser cutting machines. * Basic SolidWorks skills. * Technical course in mechanical engineering or metallurgical field is desirable. * ISO 9000 experience is a plus. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 4.000 * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal voucher: R$230 * Dental plan * On-site meal **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
