With 13 stores in strategic markets, it serves the national aftermarket for replacement parts and services for Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Cummins; it is also the authorized distributor of English technology JCB machinery in Paraná and Santa Catarina. **Opportunity:** We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team at ENGEPECAS. **Key Responsibilities** • Ensure product targets for cost, quality, delivery schedule, and performance. * Coordinate internal departments (engineering, procurement, quality, production) and suppliers. * Monitor KPIs and present reports to managers and directors. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvements in engines or automotive systems. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Experience in automotive product development or project management. * Experience with engines, powertrains, or heavy-duty automotive components.
