




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, organizing, and managing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment compliance and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 2. Monitor maintenance and equipment performance indicators and propose improvements. 3. Collaborate with the procurement team and manage technical documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** *Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on equipment criticality and failure history, and determine intervention frequency;* *Organize activity schedules according to maintenance procedures, forecasting resources and time;* *Coordinate with Production Control (PCP) on shutdown planning to minimize machine downtime;* *Ensure maintenance plans comply with Regulatory Standards;* *Monitor, analyze, and generate maintenance performance indicator reports (MTTR and MTBF);* *Manage and audit the weekly maintenance plan and produce monthly reports;* *Schedule, monitor, and close work orders;* *Identify and analyze deviations and recurring failures;* *Maintain technical documentation for equipment, tools, and maintenance plans;* *Collaborate with procurement to request and track parts and services until delivery;* *Propose maintenance and equipment improvements. **Requirements:** *Knowledge of maintenance management systems.* *Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and basic automation concepts.* *Strong analytical skills and good communication ability.* *Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).* *Mechanical or electrical engineering degree preferred.* *Experience in metal-mechanical companies and overhead crane maintenance is highly desirable.
