They are responsible for ensuring that equipment, facilities, and systems remain in good working condition by coordinating technical teams and implementing strategies to guarantee operational efficiency and reliability. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Maintenance Planning: Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and facilities, defining schedules, required resources, and priorities according to operational needs. 2\. Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate maintenance technician teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and evaluating employee performance. 3\. Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation, performing regular inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements as needed. 4\. Corrective Maintenance: Coordinate execution of repairs and corrective maintenance services for equipment and facilities, diagnosing issues, identifying solutions, and ensuring rapid fault resolution. 5\. Inventory Management: Control inventory of replacement parts and materials required for maintenance, planning purchases, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring availability of critical items. 6\. Workplace Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations during maintenance activities, promoting safe work practices and investigating incidents or accidents. 7\. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including maintenance reports, intervention logs, and technical documentation for equipment and facilities. 8\. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, implementing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and extend equipment life.
