Provide support for generalist HR department requests Job Description: Position: HR Analyst – Recruitment & Selection Focus Ares do Paraná, a company specialized in waste transportation and management, is seeking an HR Analyst to join our team. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and generalist professional with solid experience in Recruitment and Selection who wishes to contribute to employee development and internal processes. Our company is located at Rua Antônio Gai, 285, Tatuquara neighborhood, Curitiba/PR, near CEASA. **Main Responsibilities**: * Lead the entire Recruitment and Selection process, from aligning job requirements to onboarding new employees. * Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and monitor the selection process. * Support HR Administration routines, including electronic time tracking, banked hours, and benefits administration. * Assist with employee onboarding, integration, and follow-up. * Support Occupational Health and Safety routines, including PPE control, distribution, replenishment, and administrative support for the department. * Monitor HR metrics and propose improvements to recruitment, selection, and people management processes. * Provide support for generalist HR department requests. **Requirements**: * Completed Technical or Higher Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection — minimum 1 year. * Knowledge of labor legislation, eSocial, and HR Administration routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, discretion, sense of priority, and teamwork aptitude. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations companies. * Education or experience in Occupational Health and Safety. Compensation and Benefits: * Starting salary from R$ 3.500,00, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. * Meal allowance of R$ 35.00 per day. * Transportation allowance or parking. * Medical assistance. * Dental assistance. * Life insurance. * Monthly performance-based bonus according to internal policies. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute break.
