Job Summary:
Fully manage time tracking to ensure legal compliance and support payroll closing.

* Fully manage time tracking, including daily verification, monthly closing, and validation of working hours records.
* Handle time tracking inconsistencies, such as missing clock-ins, late arrivals, overtime, time banks, absences, weekly rest days (DSR), night shift premiums, and special work schedules.
* Monitor and validate time tracking justifications (medical certificates, declarations, days off, compensatory time, differentiated shift schedules).
* Proactively contact managers and employees to resolve pending time tracking issues, ensuring adherence to payroll closing deadlines.
* Ensure working hours records comply with collective bargaining agreements, internal policies, and client guidelines.
* Configure, monitor, and audit electronic or manual time tracking systems, ensuring correct setup of working hours rules, shift schedules, and exceptions.
* Support payroll closing by providing reliable data on hours worked, premiums, and deductions.
* Control and monitor the time bank, ensuring accurate calculation, timely compensatory use within legal deadlines, and formal recordkeeping.
* Prepare managerial time tracking reports, including inconsistency indicators, absenteeism, overtime, and time bank metrics.
* Ensure compliance with internal and contractual SLAs related to time tracking closing.
**Required Technical Knowledge**
* Labor legislation applicable to working hours;
* Collective conventions and agreements.
* Electronic time tracking systems and working hours control.
* Integration between time tracking and payroll systems.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
