Job Summary: Lead, guide, and develop the assembly team by planning tasks and supervising the installation of metallic structures, ensuring safety and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking an Assembly Leader in São José dos Pinhais/PR to work for a company specializing in industrial sector solutions, with a focus on metallic structures and storage systems. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and develop the assembly team, ensuring good performance and organized workflow; * Plan and schedule assembly tasks, defining priorities and ensuring timely completion; * Supervise the assembly and installation of metallic structures according to project specifications; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents and rework; * Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste; * Maintain constant communication with other departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Experience in team leadership; * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools; * Availability for travel and fieldwork; * Prior experience in metallic structure assembly is preferred. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3\.400,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 300,00 * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance: R$ 250,00 * Unimed Health Insurance Plan * Unimed Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 * Saturdays, from 08:00 to 12:00 Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License: B Willingness to Travel
