**Role Mission:** Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives through the structuring and evolution of organizational processes, integrated project management, and data utilization, ensuring operational efficiency and consistent decision-making support.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the company’s portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution of initiatives.
* Structure and evolve project management practices, promoting standardization, governance, and performance tracking.
* Map, review, and enhance organizational processes.
* Implement and maintain structured workflows and process management, using market-standard tools where applicable (e.g., workflow platforms).
* Lead initiatives for automation of operational processes and integration across systems.
* Support the structuring and evolution of the corporate data and analytics environment.
* Develop and monitor KPIs, management reports, and executive dashboards.
* Promote integration between operational systems and analytical platforms.
* Ensure governance, quality, and consistency of corporate data repositories.
* Support senior leadership in KPI analysis and strategic initiative prioritization.

**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Technology, or related fields.
* Relevant experience in strategic projects, process management, or data management.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience in corporate project management and organizational process structuring.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies and operational governance practices.
* Experience in process automation and system integration.
* Experience in modeling, structuring, and analyzing corporate data.
* Knowledge of analytics tools and strategic indicator development.
* Ability to integrate strategy, processes, and data effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the financial market and investment fund industry
* Familiarity with the dynamics of fiduciary administrators, fund managers, custodians, and fund controllers
* Experience implementing PMOs and project governance frameworks
* Experience with Pipefy or similar workflow tools
* Experience with cloud environments (AWS) and tools such as QuickSight
* Prior involvement in digital transformation and organizational automation initiatives
* Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2\), continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma), or data management
* Financial market certifications (ANBIMA)
