Opportunity to develop communication and organizational skills. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Assist in general Traffic, Telemetry, and Statistics activities, including fleet dispatch via RS system, substitutions of employees and vehicles when necessary, verification of absenteeism reports, employee support regarding overtime hours, shift schedule inquiries, etc.; in case of accidents, notify the fleet management company per the Road Traffic Accident procedure. Register and file road traffic accidents and vandalism incidents for the fleet management company in the RS1 system; prepare reports for the fleet management company; attend to accidents on-site if required; analyze and negotiate extrajudicial settlements with third parties; archive documents; determine liability and issue opinions on road traffic accidents. Accompany employees to police stations for incident reporting when necessary. Verify SBE (Electronic Ticketing System) to confirm whether vehicle exports have been consolidated. Interface with the PCM department regarding vehicles pending maintenance. Monitor operational control via monitoring systems and SBE (Electronic Ticketing System).
