Opportunity to develop skills with Microsoft Office Suite and management systems **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:02–17:50 **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Main Responsibilities * Support the company’s administrative routines; * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Update spreadsheets and internal records; * Assist in handling requests via e\-mail, telephone, and WhatsApp; * Provide support to finance, procurement, and billing departments as needed; * Assist in data entry and monitoring within management systems. **Requirements:** Requirements * Completed high school education; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
