Focused on converting patient interactions into confirmed appointments We are seeking a professional to work on the frontline of clinic reception, delivering a fast, empathetic, and efficient experience to patients while directly contributing to converting inquiries into scheduled appointments in the Juvevê neighborhood of Curitiba/PR. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide patient and family service via WhatsApp, phone, and other communication channels; * Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and send appointment reminders; * Accurately record information in the scheduling system (patient data, professionals, specialties, and time slots); * Provide information regarding services, specialties, fees, and clinic operations; * Focus on converting patient interactions into confirmed appointments; * Conduct follow-up with patients, tracking return visits and post-consultation care; * Monitor and validate professionals' schedules, flagging absences, last-minute appointments, and schedule changes; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in clinics, medical offices, or healthcare settings; * Experience in reception or customer relationship centers; * Experience in sales, commercial service, or lead conversion; * Familiarity with scheduling systems, CRM, or electronic health records; * Proficiency with WhatsApp Business and message automation tools. **Compensation:** * Salary: R$ 2.050,00 * Commission: average of R$ 1.000,00 based on performance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break); Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Payment: R$2.050,00 – R$2.050,01 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
