If you require any accommodation during the selection process, please let us know!"* **What you’ll do here:** * Student support, initial anamnesis, physical assessment, exercise prescription and workout adjustments, guidance on equipment setup and proper exercise execution; * Support for unit instructors, area assignment, monitoring, and assistance; * Support for unit interns: training, development, and supervision of intern activities related to the weight training area; * Administrative tasks: entering information into the online training system and generating daily attendance and incident reports; * Conducting outreach tours in the weight training area; * Implementing appropriate measures to ensure safety and prevent accidents; * Responsibility for maintaining the gym in perfect condition, including cleanliness, maintenance, and repairs; * Reporting to supervisors any need for repairs or maintenance in the training area. **Requirements** **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s or teaching degree in Physical Education and active registration with CREF; * Experience in weight training and/or gymnastics, including exercise prescription and supervision; * Knowledge of stretching techniques, equipment, and quality service delivery; * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and management systems); * Leadership or team management experience preferred; * Leadership profile, strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational ability. **Benefits** * Dental Insurance * Transportation Allowance **Additional Notes and/or Benefits** ️ Meal Allowance or Food Voucher University Partnership Program SESC Partnership VIP Companion ️ VIP Gold Plan ️ Personal Training Fee Waiver Birthday Day Off Commission **Organization Mission** MISSION: Inspire healthy lives.
