Job Summary: A professional to support and evolve the technology environment, working across traditional infrastructure, cloud, security, and automation. Key Highlights: 1. About the Opportunity You will join the team responsible for supporting and evolving the company's technology environment, working across both traditional infrastructure and cloud, security, and automation. We seek a professional with solid infrastructure expertise, capable of ensuring operational stability while simultaneously contributing to environment modernization. Your Responsibilities: * Administer and support on\-premise and cloud infrastructure environments. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT assets. * Manage networks, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity. * Administer Windows Server and Linux environments. * Administer the Microsoft 365\ environment. * Monitor and respond to support tickets. * Participate in improvement and modernization projects. * Implement and oversee backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery procedures. * Support information security and compliance initiatives (LGPD). * Manage technology vendors and services. * Oversee structural construction works at Headquarters and Branches. * Document environments, processes, and operational procedures. What We Expect From You: * Proven experience administering corporate infrastructure environments (networks, servers, and support), including direct troubleshooting of critical incidents. * Practical experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure), including configuration, administration, and integration with on\-premise environments (hybrid scenarios). * Hands\-on experience with Fortinet firewalls (rule creation, VPN setup, troubleshooting, and security best practices). * Solid production-level experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments. * Administrative-level experience with Microsoft 365 (user management, policies, security, and services). * Experience with Hyper\-V virtualization, including provisioning and resource management. * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix and Grafana), including alert configuration and incident analysis. * Applied knowledge of information security, including system hardening, access control, and LGPD compliance. * Practical experience applying IT service management frameworks (ITIL/COBIT) in daily operations. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Knowledge of automation (scripts, Python, or similar). * Experience with TOTVS Protheus/Fluig ERP systems.
