Preparation and updating of safety documentation The construction company is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician in São José dos Pinhais. Libercon Engenharia is a company specialized in engineering and civil construction solutions. Focused on quality and innovation, it provides services tailored to market needs. **Responsibilities:** Conduct safety inspections at construction sites, identifying hazards and proposing corrective actions. Lead new employee inductions and safety training, emphasizing compliance with internal standards and NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Norms). Support incident and occupational accident investigations and reporting, monitoring the implementation of preventive measures. Assist in preparing, updating, and managing safety documentation, such as PPRA, PCMSO, APRs, and other mandatory records, in accordance with safety department guidelines. Guide site teams on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). Position based in São José dos Pinhais / PR. Previous experience as a Safety Engineer, Safety Analyst, Safety Consultant, or Safety Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this role.
