Job Summary: Professional responsible for coordinating teams and production, ensuring compliance, and pursuing process improvements in the injection molding area. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate teams and production processes 2. Ensure quality and productivity 3. Identify and implement process improvements · Coordinate, guide, and train the workforce. · Assess machine and equipment availability according to production priority and sequence. · Ensure parts and products are manufactured in accordance with the production schedule and manufacturing orders. · Coordinate assigned tasks and manufacturing orders to achieve established targets. · Collect data, record, and monitor Quality and Productivity KPIs. · Monitor employees' working hours and individual productivity. · Use required PPE as specified by the Occupational Safety Technician. · Request maintenance for machines and equipment. · Maintain workplace environment and organization per the 5S methodology and Company Organizational Standards. · Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement. **SHIFT WORK AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** **Education: Completed High School** **Experience: 3 years in injection molding** Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$3.000,00 \- R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
