Safety assurance and resource optimization We are seeking a Metal Structure Assembly Leader in São José dos Pinhais/PR to work for an industrial-sector solutions company specializing in metal structures and storage systems. **Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and develop the assembly team, ensuring high performance and organized operations; * Plan and schedule assembly tasks, define priorities, and ensure timely delivery; * Supervise the assembly and installation of metal structures according to project specifications and technical requirements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents and rework; * Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment to optimize resources and reduce waste; * Maintain consistent communication with other departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Experience leading teams; * Basic knowledge of manual and electric tools; * Willingness to travel and work on-site; * Prior experience assembling metal structures is desirable. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3\.400,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 300,00 * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance: R$ 250,00 * Unimed Health Plan * Unimed Dental Plan * Life Insurance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License: B Willingness to Travel
