Develop new dishes and participate in gastronomic events **JOB SUMMARY** · We are looking for a talented and gastronomy-passionate **Chef de Cozinha** to lead our team and ensure excellence in dish preparation and kitchen management. The professional will be responsible for coordinating all kitchen operations—from menu creation to team supervision and quality control—ensuring a distinctive gastronomic experience for customers. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, develop, and update the menu according to the establishment's concept * Supervise dish preparation and plating, ensuring quality and presentation * Manage the kitchen team (cooks, assistants, etc.) * Control inventory, orders, and storage of supplies * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations * Control costs and minimize waste * Develop new dishes and participate in gastronomic events * Train and qualify the team. **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:** · Proven experience as a Chef de Cozinha or similar position · Degree in Gastronomy (preferred) **EXPERIENCE:** · Knowledge of various culinary techniques and gastronomic trends · Knowledge of cost and inventory control **SKILLS:** · Strong communication skills · Agility and organizational skills · Commitment and responsibility · Attention to hygiene and details · Ability to work well in a team **IMPORTANT:** · Immediate or short-term availability; · Availability to work from Tuesday to Sunday, with fixed days off on Monday and one Sunday per month; Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
