Job Summary: Condominium custodian responsible for cleaning, monitoring service providers and construction projects, inspections, and resident service. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for various condominium custodial and maintenance activities. 2. Primary supervision and guidance for condominium construction projects. 3. Direct resident service and administrative support. CONDOMINIUM CUSTODIAN \- **ALTO NEIGHBORHOOD** Salary: R$2\.297,27 Meal allowance: R$650.00; Transportation voucher (VT) or fuel allowance option; Secovimed medical assistance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Street and curb cleaning; Cleaning/sweeping of sports courts; Cleaning of external common areas (playground and condominium entrance); Assisting with cleaning of party halls; Monitoring condominium service providers; Supervision/guidance/inspection of construction projects \- PRIMARY; Inspection and verification of cleaning in party halls and gourmet areas; Inspection and verification of cleaning in the toy library, game room, and gym; Inventory checking and ordering \- warehouse/cleaning supplies/office supplies; Reporting damages in common areas (light bulbs, furniture, infrastructure); Resident service; Assistance at the front desk and to the condominium administrator; Other duties related to the custodian position.
