We advise high-net-worth clients through exceptional relationship management, identifying their financial needs and new business opportunities—always placing the client at the center and prioritizing principalship to maximize results/return while demonstrating competence, responsibility, and ethics. Work model: In-person Unit: Curitiba \- PR **Your Day-to-Day** As a Principal Relationship Manager I, you will work within the Principal unit and your main responsibilities will include: * Delivering excellent service and fostering client loyalty by providing personalized, human-centered experiences; * Managing client portfolios with emphasis on relationship building, profitability, and retention; * Identifying business opportunities and offering comprehensive financial solutions—including investments, credit, and insurance; * Strategically attracting funds from competitors; * Resolving conflicts and complaints empathetically, promptly, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction; * Monitoring goals and performance indicators to ensure consistent delivery; * Collaborating with investment advisors and assistant managers to foster synergy in client service; * Representing the Principal segment with a consultative posture, sophistication, and deep technical expertise. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree; * Active CEA certification; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience serving high-net-worth clients; * Experience managing client portfolios and delivering consultative services; * Strong commercial acumen; * Solid knowledge of the financial market and investment products; * Clear communication skills and a consultative approach in client interactions.
