No prior experience required Position Summary: Directly handle preparation, separation, handling, and organization of materials used in manufacturing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), contributing to smooth production stages and ensuring the quality standard of manufactured items. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Interpret and execute daily production orders * Organize and separate raw materials designated for cutting * Bundle materials according to specified dimensions and quantities * Select and organize molds and cutting dies for products to be manufactured (gloves, leggings, face protectors, goggles, and labels) * Operate, adjust, and run cutting machines * Perform material cutting according to established standards * Clean molds as needed * Store molds properly after use * Dispose of or donate material scraps * Inspect, organize, and bundle produced parts * Sort and place parts into plastic boxes for shipment to third-party workshops * Install and configure the cliché on the electronic welding machine * Position cut leggings on the welding machine * Adjust machine parameters (temperature, time, pressure, and cooling) * Weld leggings parts * Inspect weld and embossing quality * Insert PVC or steel stiffeners per production order * Count, sort, and pack semi-finished parts for shipment to sewing facilities * Perform rear closure of leggings, except for Velcro models * Pair finished leggings for packaging * Attach buttons to caps and face protectors as instructed * Assemble calipers * Assemble and disassemble fiberglass leggings * Operate glove-turning equipment * Inspect quality standards, separating non-conforming products * Prepare items for packaging, folding and labeling when necessary * Assemble cardboard boxes for product storage * Adjust sealing machine temperatures * Bag, seal, label, and package finished products * Label boxes with product information, quantity, date, and checker details * Support inventory control and report restocking needs * Drain compressor water via the release valve * Maintain a clean and organized workplace * Turn off machines and equipment when not in use * Assist in loading and unloading goods * Report malfunctions or issues with machines, equipment, or products * Check basic vehicle conditions * Sort boxes and supplies (thread, buttons, Velcro, binding tape, labels, etc.) for return to sewing facilities * Load and transport materials and products to third parties, accompanied by documentation * Complete vehicle usage log (date, time, mileage, route) * Collect finished or semi-finished products from partner sewing facilities * Control sector lighting activation * Perform other duties compatible with the role TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Completed elementary education * Prior experience not required * Basic mathematics knowledge BEHAVIORAL PROFILE * Attention to detail * Speed in task execution * Organization and discipline * Care for company equipment * Commitment * Good teamwork skills * Strong perceptual ability BENEFITS AND CONDITIONS * Formal employment registration (CLT) * Fixed salary: **R$ 1\.747,85** * Breakfast * Lunch * Meal allowance of **R$ 180,00** * Collaborative work environment * Opportunity for professional growth Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Job type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.747,85 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
