




Job Summary: A professional responsible for patient reception, appointment and request management, report generation, and confidential registration maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of confidentiality regarding health-related matters **WORK HOURS:** * Monday to Friday, from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM (alternating Saturdays and Sundays). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Keep patient registrations up to date; * Respond to information requests; * Manage professionals' schedules; * Monitor patient requests and orders; * Generate administrative reports; * Guide patients and their families; * Maintain confidentiality regarding patients' health information; * Update data in spreadsheets or internal systems; * Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in hospital or medical clinic settings.
